🌿 Healing Sessions

  • Scheduling: Sessions are held on Zoom or phone. Please log in or call at the start time.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are not eligible for a credit.

  • Integration Sessions: Returning clients may book shorter integration sessions for continued support.

🏡 Property Clearings (Freeing the House)

  • All clearings are done remotely.

  • Homeowner permission is required.

  • A summary and simple integration practices are provided after the session.

  • Note: Clearings support the home’s energy but do not replace inspections or guarantee a sale.

🖼 Physical Products

  • Printful items: Produced and shipped by Printful. Returns are only accepted for misprints, damages, or defects (per Printful’s policy).

  • Original art: U.S. shipping only. All sales are final, except in cases where the item is damaged in transit.

💻 Digital Courses & Memberships

  • Access is provided through Squarespace.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are available once access is granted.

  • Materials are for personal use only.

💳 Payments

  • Products, memberships, and courses: Processed securely through Squarespace Commerce.

  • 1:1 sessions: Processed via Stripe through Acuity Scheduling.

  • Carol Lynn Healing Artist does not store payment details.
